The idea for Knowbility Skills Lab came from Alida Wilson and Ronelle Badenhorst, two seasoned experts in the construction industry. They brought together their extensive sales and marketing experience from South Africa and across Africa, along with their powerful determination, to make a real difference in the construction industry. We saw a real need to help sales and marketing teams sell more and gain a bigger piece of the market. Our belief is simple: a strong sales and marketing team leads to a strong company. With their combined 40+ years of experience in the industry, our founders offer unmatched understanding of the local market.
